  • Starting from Labastide-Murat, this loop goes down along different streams to the village of Cras. It then follows the discreet and shady Vers valley and crosses two of its villages, Saint-Martin-de-Vers and Saint-Sauveur-La-Vallée. Its return to the Causse is marked by the village of Soulomès. This loop is signposted by the cyclo-tourist loop signs corresponding to the letter A.
