In the North of the Lot, wind or water mills served principally for the production of walnut oil. But some could also grind apples, salt or grain, as is the case of the Moulin de Seyrignac in Lunan. Restored piece by piece by its owner between 1984 and 1989, it is the only windmill in working order in the Haut Quercy, most local mills being watermills.
